Although the primary concern with Twasseccs rests in their immense fleet, and the several million individuals that it employs, there are other twasseccs, not quite the same. Less violent and war-driven than their space bound partners, *Minthropian twasseccs have a much higher culture.
(*Minthropian twasseccs do not only live on Minthrop II, however. This term is loosely used to describe twasseccs that reside on any of the Triad of heavily populated planets; Benidis, Minthrop II, and Kaluup.)

Physical Stats:
Average Height: 2.1 meters Average Weight: 220 pounds Appearance: Slightly larger than their space-faring cousins, Minthropian Twasseccs maintain the same basic features. Their skin is rougher and less vibrant, and their chests are larger, to support powerful lungs. (Needed to breathe heavy air such as that on Minthrop II.)
Societal Stats:
Normal Occupation: Engineer Technology: Extremely advanced. Intelligence and Culture: About 400 IQ, some art and culture. Heirarchy: Based upon ability, intelligence, and power. All still are commanded by the space faring Admiral, and the three Grand Generals (And the Master of Economy). Other than that, their heirarchy is divided on the ground, with a small number of leaders maintaining cities.

Notes on Minthropian Criteria:
Normally, the term "Minthropian" constitutes birth on any of the Triad. However, there is an obvious genetic strain of larger, duller twasseccs. So, if two Minthropian Twasseccs living on a space station were to have a child, the child could be called Minthropian as well.

Minthropian Twasseccs are more cultural than the space faring twasseccs. While they are more even-headed and fair, they are still very vicious, dangerous creatures. They appreciate only a single form of art; architecture. The architecture on Minthrop II's cities fits into two categories...
Mechanical
Minthropians are still twasseccs, and therefore are very machine-oriented. A huge majority of the buildings on the triad are made of clean, smooth stone or coronium. They have sharp corners, and little art can be seen in them by most cultures. However, the Minthropians value precise welding, and construction out of huge sheets of material, rather than many pieces. Furthermore, mechanical construction is the most common type, as it is very durable, and can be constructed very large. (As noted by the Minthrop II Com. Building, which is several square miles, and around 130 stories.)
Swept
Where mechanical architecture makes the large buildings, Swept fills in all the gaps. Smaller structures that require less durability are almost always made of white coronium. The swept name refers to the long, graceful curves associated with this style of building. Everything from streetlamps to benches to transit stations utilize this type of architecture.
